Kadans Science Partner, a European leader in providing real estate solutions for science and research, is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of a building with 3,800 square meters of leasable space, and 180 parking spaces, located in Málaga Tech Park from the multinational technology company Babel. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Kadans Science Partner’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in Spain.
The newly acquired building will be named NODE II, furthering Kadans Science Partner’s commitment to Málaga Tech Park. Aimed at bringing together innovative organizations, this announcement comes in addition of the ongoing development of NODE I, a 12,000 square meter project within the same park. NODE I is dedicated to hosting innovative technology companies in cybersecurity, connected vehicles, microprocessors and cross-cutting technologies.
Thus, part of the building will continue to be occupied by Babel.

NODE II is set to undergo a comprehensive renovation aimed at achieving a high level of energy efficiency, creating a comfortable and attractive atmosphere for its occupants. As part of the renovation plans, the available office and laboratory spaces will be tailored to technology companies. The entire project will be aligned with international sustainability standards, and the building will be awarded a recognized international sustainability certification.
