Miguel Munoz
Before joining Kadans, Miguel worked as real estate director in Spain for Threesixty Developments (UK) leading the expansion in Spain of a successful portfolio in the student accommodation sector. Previously, he held different positions in AXA Real Estate including Acquisitions Analyst, Developments Manager and Sales&Lettings manager.
As gatekeeper of the Spanish market for Kadans, Miguel is responsible for the expansion, strategic alliances, and developments processes.
Miguel has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the UCM (Madrid), a Bachelor degree in Technical Architecture from the UPC (Madrid) and a Master degree in Project Management.

David Romero Miguel
Before joining Kadans, David worked as a development manager and technical director for Asentis Plus and Avintia.
Previously, he was a project Manager for Grupo Zena and the engineering firm EPTISA. During these years, David acquired solid knowledge and skills in project management of complex buildings, including office and residential buildings, shopping centres, retail stores, and industrial facilities. This background allows him to guarantee excellent performance in managing various construction projects.
David holds a degree in architecture from UPM (Madrid).

José Rodríguez Dávila
José is Project Manager in the Spanish Kadans team.
Before joining Kadans he was Project Manager & Asset Manager for the investment fund Qualitas Equity (Q-Living) where he supervised the development and operation of different assets.
Furthermore, José has worked as an architect for different Real Estate companies including the real estate developer Asentis, and the architecture offices Cano & Escario in Madrid and Sanaa in Tokyo.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Universidad Europea de Madrid.

Antonio Díaz García
Antonio serves as the Asset Manager in Kadans’ Spanish team, overseeing operational activities within the Kadans Spanish portfolio, including commercial positioning, ecosystem development, and property management.
With extensive experience in managing science and knowledge-sharing communities, Antonio’s background includes leadership roles at the Madrid Science Park and significant contributions to the design and operations of Spain’s leading innovation and research hubs, CNIO and CNIC. Antonio provides support and guidance to numerous SMEs, start-ups, and both public and private organizations in developing and implementing innovation strategies—an integral part of Kadans’ mission in Spain.
Holding a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Antonio seamlessly integrates his research acumen with the management of scientific and research facilities

Jose Gontan
Jose is dedicated to Facilities and Building Maintenance and Management. Jose’s job will be to attend to various aspects in the Node and Node II building.
Before working at Kadans, Jose worked in his family business dedicated to manufacturing various prototypes and later in Maintenance and management of Communities and buildings at the same business. A few years later he started working at Ingenia where he began the management of the future Node II.
