Node I Málaga

Node I Málaga offers organisations the opportunity to settle and grow on the Málaga TechPark. Node will be a multi-tenant building for companies in the technology and artificial intelligence sectors to meet, collaborate and innovate together. The building is built to inspire synergy and creates an environment where business can flourish.

Want to rent laboratory space or office space?

Node I Malaga will consist of 11,200 m2 spread over three floors around a large central courtyard. The building is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. Node I offers space for offices, workshops, laboratories and pilot plants as well as various flexible spaces for meetings and events. At Kadans, it is possible to incorporate highly specialised and complex laboratories that can be customised according to the needs of each company. It also has shared facilities such as meeting rooms, reception, restaurant, a courtyard around which all the social life of the building is articulated and a walkable outdoor green area.

Node Malaga offers laboratory space and office space on the Málaga TechPark. You will find a nice combination of laboratory spaces, office spaces and meeting facilities.

The design of the building focuses on interaction. An open community will be created with the atrium as a connecting element between all users. In this way, we want to contribute to knowledge sharing and communication between the tenants of Node.

Support

Node Malaga will have a dedicated team of experts at your service. Think of both a facilities and technical manager you can turn to with all your questions. We also support client growth through our services and partners that provide easier access to talent, research and capital within the local proximity of the cluster, or with help from our global network

The facilities at Node are of a high standard. For example, modern meeting facilities with the latest AV capabilities, a spacious atrium which provides connectivity and ample parking. For a delicious lunch, you can visit our restaurant.

Do you need help designing your ideal workplace? Kadans is happy to offer support in the fit-out process. To create the optimal working environment for clients, Kadans is happy to design and coordinate this process. With our experts, we are able to fully support this process for our clients.

Community

Node Malaga is located on the Málaga TechPark and will provide laboratory space and office space to companies in the technology sector and the AI sector. Node Malaga also gives access to the local ecosystem of the Málaga TechPark.

Kadans is committed to being an active community. We do this by offering network and business events. The aim is to connect clients as well as local ecosystems. We also seek international collaboration by offering cross-sector events.

As a tenant, you also become part of the Kadans Community. This international community consists of several Science Clusters and organisations across Europe. If desired, we will put you in touch with interesting partners from our network to help your own organisation flourish and grow.

Contact between tenants is encouraged via events, but is also possible on Kadans’ online platform. Here, tenants can access and find all information about Kadans, as well as easily connect with the (European) Kadans community.
